History of Millerntorwache

Millerntor 1826, Aquarell

The Millerntorwache is a place for telling stories and for listening to stories: The Museum for Hamburg Oral History (Musem für Hamburgische Geschichtchen). People from Hamburg and visitors to the city can come to this cosy building to tell their stories about Hamburg and about their own connections to the town. The stories are recorded here and then archived.
